This place is brand-new, super clean, and has some seriously comfy sofas 😊. It's right in the heart of everything, so you can easily reach iconic spots like the Royal Crescent and Circus, as well as the train and bus stations for those who prefer a more relaxed mode of transport.

Nicely decorated unit with farmhouse style, a super king size bed and a farmhouse style dining table. Excellent location, beautiful area, close enough to a beautiful garden, and taxi (£8 to railway. Nearby Novel Wines - great place to chill out.

A delightful B&B with a serene atmosphere, perfect for relaxation and harmony. The shared lounge and garden were a bonus. The continental breakfast was a great way to start the day. Free WiFi was a plus.
So glad the WiFi was available in public areas, because it definitely wasn't in my room. Such a shame!

This venue is a gem! From the moment I arrived, the staff provided excellent service and made me feel at home. The location, situated at a road junction, might seem noisy at first, but once inside, all the noise is cancelled out. The room amenities, including tea and coffee facilities, free toiletries, and a flat-screen TV, were top-notch. The dining restaurant on-site offered a wide variety of delicious options. The staff went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. Free Wi-Fi in public areas was an added bonus.
I would highly recommend this hotel to family and friends.

The attention to detail in everything, from the decor to the comfortable bed, was impressive. Breakfast was delicious and the host, Dawn, was friendly and made sure I had everything I needed.
